Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the item you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your appliance is tracked throughout its journey back to us.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
